Hoosier Broadband can help you provide Internet access to your Multiple Dwelling Unit (MDU), Apartment building, or Hotel. Our service is implemented as follows: We deliver our Internet connection wirelessly into your Building and distribute it to the tennants over existing phone wire. To provision this service, a small space near the phone closet is required for our equipment. We can also implement a wireless solution within the building by connecting to a wireless router.

We currently offer several solutions depending on your speed requirements: ADSL, VDSL, Wireless Intranet:

ADSL:
• Supports existing Phone Line infrastructure
• Up to 6 Mbps downstream speeds
• Up to 800 Kbps upstream speeds
• Support distance of 320m (1024 feet) or up to 1.2 Km (0.74 miles)
• Will not interfere with voice or fax
• Bandwidth Management and control for each apartment, condo or hotel room

VDSL:
• Supports existing Phone Line infrastructure with built in POTS splitter
• Rate adaptive, up to 10 Mbps downstream speeds
• Rate adaptive, up to 10 Mbps upstream speeds
• Supports distance of 4,000 feet (1.3 miles)
• Will not interfere with voice or fax
• Bandwidth Management and control for each apartment, condo or hotel room
