Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing problems with your Internet
connection, we suggest that you first examine
the support page.
If you continue to experience problems accessing
the Internet, you may issue a Trouble
ticket, at which point an Hoosier Broadband representative
will contact you to discuss your problem and help
resolve your issues over the phone. In the event
the support representative is unable to resolve
your issues, Hoosier Broadband will be happy to dispatch a technician
to resolve your connection issues, however, if
the problem is determine to be a misconfiguration
of your router or PC, you will be billed on a
per hour basis.
